Support Worker – Hoppers Crossing VIC (In-Home & Community Access)

We are looking for a kind, reliable Support Worker to provide in-home care and community access for a young boy in Hoppers Crossing, VIC.

Schedule:

-Tuesdays & Wednesdays
-10:00am to 3:00pm

About the Role

- Support with daily routines and in-home activities
- Assist with community access, outings, and engagement
- Provide a safe, positive, and supportive environment
- Encourage independence and social interaction

What We’re Looking For

- Experience supporting children or young people preferred
- Patient, caring, and trustworthy personality
- Positive communication skills
- NDIS Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
