At Academe Time, we create unforgettable experiences for primary school children through exciting incursions, lunch time & after school clubs, partnership with OSHC providers providing enrichment programs and partnerships with schools.
We're looking for a Primary School Manager & Business Developer to play a vital role in ensuring our programs run seamlessly and our Academe Time reach grows across Victoria. This role is perfect for someone who is commercially minded, loves organisation, thrives on variety and wants to make a real impact on children's lives while growing their career in a rapidly expanding organisation.
What you'll do
Sales & growth in the primary sector of the business
Handle bookings, invoicing & parent/school inquiries
Budgeting, planning & record keeping
Observe and up skill your facilitators
Interview, train, onboard & coordinate/timetable staff
Lesson plan and program development
Organise, promote and market holiday programs
What you need
Commercially minded, strategic & a positive can do attitude.
Clear communicator who enjoys problem-solving
Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and works well under pressure
Good with Google Workspace, Excel, Mailchimp, Canva, Connect Teams & Stripe.
Experience in education, event coordination & multi tasking.
Valid Working With Children Check and drivers licence
