A vacancy exists for a reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic person to be part of our team delivering bulk freight from our East Devonport depot located.
This position involves delivering cartons and pallets, to both business & residential addresses.
To be considered for this position, it is essential to hold a valid MEDIUM RIGID manual licence with a good driving record.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver cartons and pallets to both business & residential addresses from the East Devonport depot.
Maintain safe and effective driving practices using a valid MEDIUM RIGID manual licence with a good driving record.
Use barcode scanners for inventory tracking (preferred).
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid MEDIUM RIGID manual licence with a clean driving record.
Solid geographical knowledge of Devonport and surrounding suburbs.
Ability to provide a National Police check.




Current forklift licence is an advantage.
Previous delivery driver experience preferred, but not essential.
Fit and healthy with ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
Additional Information
An immediate start for the right person is on offer.
Start as casual, Mon to Fri, with a view to moving to full time permanent.
Please note - holding a car licence only is not sufficient for this role.
Do not apply if you do not hold a MR licence.
This position reports to the Devonport Depot Supervisor and Manager.
As a delivery driver, you are the front line of our business, so being an effective communicator, being courteous and polite with customers as well as providing prompt service is vital to the success of this role.
