MOTEL HOUSEKEEPER WANTED – JOIN OUR FRIENDLY TEAM!
Are you energetic, reliable and love keeping spaces sparkling clean? Our motel is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain a welcoming workplace for our guests.
In this active role, you’ll easily clock up your daily steps as you move throughout our property, cleaning guest areas, back-of-house spaces and outdoor public areas. You’ll interact with both staff and guests daily, providing friendly, professional service and ensuring our motel is presented to a consistently high standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Staying active on your feet each day: vacuuming, mopping, wiping, dusting, restocking amenities and removing rubbish
- Cleaning guest-facing areas such as the lobby, pool area and carpark
- Maintaining back-of-house areas including hallways,
offices, staff rooms and laundry
- Using cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, floor scrubbers and sweepers
- Safely handling cleaning chemicals and performing occasional heavy lifting
- Pressure-washing outdoor surfaces
- Following all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Providing friendly assistance and professional service to guests
- Working effectively both as part of a team and independently
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $24.95 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
Work Location: In person
