Executive Assistants supporting Microsoft OneDrive/Office 365 teams manage executive calendars, communications, and admin using M365 tools like Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule meetings across time zones, handle emails/calls, prepare docs in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and organize files in OneDrive/SharePoint.
Coordinate travel, events, expenses, and project tracking; ensure confidentiality and compliance with M365 governance.
Support team logistics like headcount/budget, morale events, and vendor coordination using Teams/Slack.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint); 2+ years EA experience in tech/quick-paced environments.
Solid organization, communication, multitasking, and discretion; familiarity with AI tools like Copilot for scheduling/email filtering.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $83,731.94 – $88,377.07 per year
