As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to play a key role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer and managing the operations of our Broadmeadows campus. About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Broadmeadows. The Office Manager will be the central point of coordination for all day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a professional environment for staff, students, and stakeholders. This role is ideal for a proactive, solutions-focused professional who enjoys balancing administration, compliance, and people management.

You will work closely with the CEO and internal teams, helping to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

- Organising and controlling office resources,



including the allocation of staff, workspace, and equipment.
- Contributing to the planning, development, and evaluation of office services, priorities, and standards.
- Assigning work, monitoring performance, and supervising administrative staff to ensure high productivity and service delivery.
- Managing and overseeing office records, accounts, and financial documentation.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and liaising with management to streamline office operations and resolve issues effectively.
- Supervising the upkeep of facilities and equipment, including regular asset tracking and maintenance.
- Ensuring strict compliance with all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations as per Australian legislation.
- Assisting with personnel activities, including recruitment, staff development, payroll coordination, performance management, and training.
- Performing all other tasks as reasonably directed by Management.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:





- 3–5 years’ experience in an Office Manager or similar leadership/administrative role.
- A Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent qualification).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with staff at all levels including senior stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems.
- Professional presentation, a proactive mindset, and a strong customer service orientation.
- A positive, team-focused approach with the ability to problem-solve and take initiative.
