About the Role
Cater Care is seeking two Catering Assistants / Baristas to support high-quality food and beverage service at our key site in Little River, Victoria. You’ll assist with daily kitchen tasks, prepare great coffee, and help create a positive dining experience for our staff.
Requirements:
Car Licence, Own Vehicle, Previous industry experience, Valid visa with work rights

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and meal service
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks
- Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines and equipment
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Skills and Experiences:
About You
- Previous experience as a catering assistant, barista,
or in food service
- Solid commitment to food safety and hygiene
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Reliable, friendly, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have own vehicle and a valid Driver’s Licence (site not accessible via public transport)
