Experienced Barista Wanted
We're seeking a skilled and passionate barista to join our busy coastal cafe team! If you're a coffee connoisseur with a flair for crafting exceptional beverages and providing top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages to our customers
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including equipment and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and handling payments
- Train and support junior baristas
- Contribute to menu development and promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista
- Robust knowledge of coffee preparation methods and techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Previous experience with cafe software and POS systems is an advantage
