Kool Kidz Cranbourne North has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and inspiring Early Childhood Service Manager / Nominated Supervisor to lead a new team in our centre located in Cranbourne North.

The Approved Provider of the service will be on site daily, working alongside you, as well as the support of a full-time Educational Leader.

You will play a significant role in ensuring Kool Kidz Cranbourne North is providing a high-quality and inspiring education and care service for the children and families attending.

As the Service Manager, you will be involved in promoting the service, growing enrolments, recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic team, as well as developing strong community involvement.

Kool Kidz Cranbourne North is a 130-place service.

Key duties for this role will include:

· Working with all staff to ensure the provision of a safe and stimulating learning environment for children.

· Mentor, support, inspire and guide

· Ensure effective and collaborative working relationships with and between staff

· Be informative, approachable and a role model for best practice at all times

· Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations and our policies and procedures

· Ensure provision of a service which meets and exceeds the national quality framework and standards.

· Set continuous improvement plans and support the service to achieve these.

· Facilitate service Staff meetings

· Building strong, positive, skilled and ongoing relationships with families and the local community

· Engage with families positively and patiently at all times.

Key Requirements:

· Comprehensive working knowledge of the Education & Care Services National Regulations and relevant Law

· The National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards





· Victorian Child Safe Standards

· Extensive experience in Early Childhood Education

· Demonstrated experience in leadership and team development

· Willing to accept Nominated Supervisor Role

· Ability to work autonomously and maintain various responsibilities simultaneously

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong computer literacy skills

· Experience with CCMS and Qikkids

· Proven ability to create positive relationships

· Approved Early Childhood qualifications (minimum Diploma)

· Current Working with Children Check or VIT registration

· Child Protection Training

· First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma certification.

· Current driver’s license

· Experience with Qikkids software is preferred

Educational Leader

Kool Kidz Cranbourne North has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and inspiring Early Childhood Educational Leader to mentor a new team in our centre located in Cranbourne North.

The Approved Provider of the service will be on site daily, working alongside you, as well as full-time Service Manager.

This role is an out-of-ratio opportunity with great potential for training and professional development.

You will play a significant role in ensuring Kool Kidz Cranbourne North is providing a high-quality and inspiring education and care service for the children and families attending.
