About the role:
This allied health professional is an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team, providing high-quality care to patients/ clients of the Murrumbidgee Local Health District in order to support management of their health needs and to promote wellness.
The Level 1/2 Physiotherapist will provide a comprehensive physiotherapy service, according to relevant models of care and priorities, with the support and direction of both line-manager and clinical supervisor.
As the Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for:
- Provision of a comprehensive physiotherapy service across a range of clinical areas and settings as directed by line manager and/or clinical supervisor.
- Ensure client/patient care is delivered within skilled, organisational, legal and ethical boundaries and reflects evidence-based practice and knowledge and MLHD CORE values.
- Evaluate treatment according to patient/client goal achievement in collaboration with senior clinicians as appropriate, with alterations to intervention/plans made accordingly.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
1. Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA
2. Demonstrated knowledge, skills, clinical experience and ability in physiotherapy practice to provide patient-centred, evidence-based physiotherapy services across a range of clinical areas
3. Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, set priorities, apply a range of options to develop solutions using available resources
4. Evidence of a Class C drivers license and ability and willingness to travel for work purposes
