About The Role
As a Vision Therapist, you’ll deliver tailored therapy programs to patients with visual difficulties in children and with neurological conditions such as stroke, concussion or brain injury. Sessions are typically 45‑minute programs within 1‑hour appointments. The role requires quick thinking, adaptability, and collaboration with optometrists and the wider team.
This position could also suit an Optical Dispenser or Optical Assistant looking to expand their clinical expertise. Full training and mentorship are provided, and you can also complete a formal vision therapy course as part of professional development.
About You
Patient‑focused, empathetic, with excellent communication skills
Confident working with children and adults with complex visual needs
Flexible, adaptable, and able to problem‑solve in real‑time
Motivated to learn and grow within a specialist clinical role
