We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading bank that’s expanding its contact centre team. These are roles for experienced call centre professionals who enjoy customer service, problem-solving, and working in a structured, high-quality environment.
Offers will be made prior to Christmas, so if you’re available to start in January, now’s the time to jump in.
The Role
You’ll be supporting customers with a range of everyday home loan enquiries in a busy inbound contact centre. You’ll be set up for success with a robust classroom training program, buddy support, and a hybrid work model once you’re up to speed.
Contract & Pay
Six month full time contract
Start date: 12 January 2026
Rate: $35.15 per hour + super
Roles offered prior to Christmas
Hours & Roster
The contact centre operates:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Weekends & public holidays: 9:00am – 5:00pm
One weekend shift every 6–8 weeks (Saturday or Sunday)
You’ll receive a weekday off in the same week — no 6-day weeks
Training & Work Mode
4–6 weeks full-time in-office training (Rhodes)
Includes 2 weeks classroom learning + buddy system support
After training: 3 days WFH + 2 days in-office (Rhodes)
Location
Rhodes office in a modern business park
Easy public transport access or $10.50/day parking
Onsite gym, cafes, and a genuinely supportive team culture
What We’re Looking For To be successful, you’ll bring:
Previous call centre experience (essential)
Solid understanding of call centre metrics such as adherence, AHT, and QA
Strong communication skills and confident phone manner
Ability to learn quickly and follow structured, classroom-based training
Full work rights in Australia
