Christmas Casual Customer Assistants

Role Overview
As a Christmas Casual Customer Assistant, you'll help bring the magic of dusk to life during our busiest (and most exciting) time of year. You'll create thoughtful, joy-filled moments for every customer, while keeping the store shining bright.
What You'll Do
- Create unforgettable in-store experiences with genuine care, personality, and attention
- Light up the shopfloor by achieving your goals and contributing to team success
- Keep the store beautiful, inviting, and aligned to our brand and visual standards
- Be a go-to expert on all things dusk – helping customers find the perfect fragrance,
décor piece, or festive gift
- Jump in, support your teammates, and help keep the energy high during the busy season

- You're upbeat, dependable, and always ready to lend a hand
- You bring curiosity, care, and a strong work ethic to every shift
- You thrive in a fast-paced workplace and are comfortable with late nights, weekends, and public holidays
