If you have always wanted to give back and get involved, they are looking for dedicated MR Drivers.
Starting at Noble Park depot, you will travel collecting donations from various locations around Melbourne.
Donations can range from furniture, clothing or toys.
Most days you will be assisted by a jockey to manage the lifting of heavy items.
This non-for-profit prides themselves on maintaining a qualified and respectful demeanour and this resonates with you.
You will be entering residential homes ensuring comfort and consideration for the donors of their environment and collecting items as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting goods from donor properties
- Ensuring a positive experience for customers/donors
- Lifting and carrying furniture and other heavy items
- Loading/unloading the truck
- Completing delivery paperwork
Working ours are: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Your requirements to be successful in the role:
- Physically fit and capable
- Respectful and presentable to the public, customers, and donors
- Desire to contribute to the community and work for a reputable organisation
- Ability to work safely and follow safety procedures
- Clean driving record
