What You’ll Do
- Prepare,
cook and plate menu items to standard
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning regimes
- Monitor stock levels, rotate supplies and record usage
- Assist and coach junior team members as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
- Hold a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Experience in commercial or quick-service kitchens
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
- ASIC (or willingness to apply) and reliable transport
- Team player, punctual and safety-minded
