Client Service Specialist (Hearing Health) – Pakenham
Join Hearing Australia as a Client Service Specialist at our Pakenham location. This part‑time, permanent role (3 days a week, 8:30 am‑5:10 pm) offers consistent hours and the chance to work across two sites.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and attend to all counter and telephone enquiries.
- Cover reception and undertake general administrative duties including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry and preparing monthly reports.
- Liaise extensively with clients, including children, adults with complex needs, and those from multicultural, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds.
- Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting.
- Assist clinicians by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aids.
Qualifications
- Experience as a proactive problem solver with a desire to accept responsibility and take ownership of work.
- Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy and exposure to mobile technology (Apple and/or Android applications).
- A genuine desire to work within an organization that contributes to the greater good and provides rewarding work for clients and their families.
- Willingness to obtain a police check, hold a current driver’s licence, and have the rights to work in Australia.
