Qualification, Skills & Attributes:
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery.
- Demonstrated experience and cooking skills in a commercial kitchen.
- Ability to effectively follow instructions and absorb new information.
- Use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes when preparing and cooking menu items.
- Focus on detail.
- Outstanding time management during preparation and service periods
- Calm and composed demeanour.
- Team player and display a positive and nimble attitude.
- Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S;
- Interest in local and seasonal products.
