About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with strong clinical capabilities in oncology, chemotherapy administration or haematology. In this role, you will provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing complex cancer treatments, ensuring comfort, education, and emotional support throughout their visit.
You will work closely with oncologists, haematologists, pharmacists and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated care in a calm and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy and supportive haematology treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines and safety standards
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor treatment responses, manage side effects and escalate care where required
- Provide patient education on treatment plans, symptom management and supportive care




- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all clinical protocols
- Contribute to a culture of safety, compassion and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the wider clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Uphold infection control, medication safety and quality assurance standards

About You

- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse (RN) registration
- Cert IV in Chemotherapy/Oncology or equivalent recognised training (desirable)
- Clinical experience in oncology, haematology or chemotherapy administration
- Strong IV skills, cannulation experience and central line management capabilities
- Exceptional communication, empathy and emotional resilience
- Ability to thrive in a calm, patient-first workplace
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development
