Prospect Frame and Truss is a well-established supplier of prefabricated timber wall frames, roof trusses, and engineered building products. Located in Riverstone, NSW, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and excellent service to the residential and commercial building sectors.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Frame and Truss Assembler / Sawyer to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, full-time factory-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and is looking for stability and career progression in the manufacturing or building industry.

You will be responsible for:

- Cutting timber using automated saws and machinery

- Assembling frames and trusses from detailed plans

- Reading production sheets and layouts

- Following quality assurance and safety procedures

- Assisting with general factory duties as required

To be successful, you will have:

- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Good physical fitness – able to perform manual tasks

- Basic experience using hand and power tools

- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

- Punctuality and a positive attitude

Desirable (but not essential):

- Experience in frame and truss, carpentry, or timber assembly

- Forklift licence

- Previous work in manufacturing or construction
