TEN Recruitment is partnering with a leading Tier 2 commercial builder renowned for delivering some of Perth’s most high-profile and technically challenging developments. With multiple $50M+ projects due to launch across the metro area, they are seeking experienced Site Managers to take charge of major builds and contribute to long-term project success.

This is a strong opportunity to step into a role with genuine ownership, stability, and a builder that backs its site teams with structure, support, and clear pathways.

The Role

You’ll oversee all on-site operations from early works through to handover — coordinating trades, driving safety, and ensuring the program remains on track. Working alongside a seasoned delivery team, you’ll help uphold the company’s reputation for reliable, high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination
- Maintain strict WHS, quality, and compliance standards
- Monitor program milestones and ensure timely progress
- Work closely with PMs, Engineers, Consultants, and clients
- Mentor site teams and support a positive, productive site culture

About You





- Proven background delivering commercial or institutional projects $30M+
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of WHS, QA, sequencing, and site compliance
- Confident managing large subcontractor groups and complex logistics
- Perth-based with full Australian working rights
