About the role
This role is the key link between community members, referrers and our Community and Home Support services. You will coordinate new enquiries and referrals, manage My Aged Care tasks, prepare service documentation and ensure accurate, timely data entry. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will support smooth and efficient service access for CHSP consumers while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
About you
You enjoy being highly organised, responsive and the go to person for information. You bring a calm, customer focused approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You thrive in a role where you can problem solve, communicate clearly and support people through key steps in their aged care journey. You will also possess:
- Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent experience
- Experience in a busy administrative or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach
- Ability to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
