Office Administrator – Gerringong
Part Time | Monday–Thursday | 8:00am–2:30pm
Start Date: February 2026
Our client is seeking a friendly, people-focused Office Administrator to join their small, easygoing industrial business in Gerringong. This part time role is perfect for someone who loves customer service and enjoys variety in their day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Answering phones and managing customer enquiries
- Greeting customers and creating a welcoming, professional first impression
- Taking bookings and completing data entry
- Filling out insurance paperwork
- Taking photos of vehicles and uploading them into the iBodyshop system
- Raising invoices for parts and checking data for accuracy
- Using a work vehicle to drive clients home when required
About you:
- Warm, genuine, and confident with people
- 3–4 years’ experience in a small industrial or similar business
- Strong customer-service focus
- Comfortable with data entry and administrative tasks
- Hold a current driver’s licence
