About the Role
Join the team at Elite Projex & Events as our Marketing and Sales Coordinator. This casual, fully work-from-home role requires your own laptop, phone and internet. We’re looking for someone who works independently, takes ownership, and doesn’t need constant direction.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Coordinate marketing activities including email marketing, EDMs, LinkedIn content and social media
- Plan and send monthly EDMs, managing content calendars and segmentation
- Create and schedule professional LinkedIn content
- Monitor website and campaign performance
- Maintain the CRM system — keeping data clean, accurate and updated with weekly checks
- Provide sales support including drafting and preparing proposals and presentations
- Monitor and report on key marketing and sales performance metrics
- Provide administrative support as required
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing and sales roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Robust LinkedIn skills and understanding of B2B communication
- Experience managing EDM platforms (Mailchimp)
- Confident managing CRM data and keeping systems tidy
- A proactive,
self-sufficient work style — no hand-holding needed
- A passion for the Marketing & Communications industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of the business
- Your own home office setup (laptop, phone, internet)
