About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor who shares our commitment to excellence and genuine compassion for those in our care. This is a Full – time role, providing Maternity cover until 11th June, 2026.

As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will lead and manage a dedicated team of nursing staff, ensuring excellence in all care-related activities. You will maintain robust documentation practices,
ensuring accuracy and compliance. Actively participating as a positive and reliable team member, you will create a supportive and collaborative team environment. Upholding our commitment to providing high-quality care and support to residents, you will make a tangible difference in their lives every day.
About you
You are a compassionate and experienced nurse leader, excelling in documentation and compliance. Detail-oriented and organised, you will also possess the following qualifications:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Commitment to person-centered practice and supporting others.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven organizational, delegation, and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Quality Standards
- Understanding of the Aged Care Funding Instrument
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
