Role Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Client Services Associate to support our clients advisers and enhance the overall client experience within their personal insurance team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every step from initial applications to ongoing policy maintenance is handled smoothly, accurately, and professionally.
This position is central to keeping our clients advice process running efficiently and enabling our advisers to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing Applications: Prepare, process, and lodge personal insurance applications, ensuring all information is correct and compliant.
- Maintaining CRM Records: Update and manage client data with accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency.
- Preparing Documentation: Create polished insurance summaries and supporting documents for meetings and advice presentations.
- In-Force Quotes: Produce and review existing policy quotes to assist advisers with client reviews and recommendations.
- Payment Support: Track and follow up on any payment issues, working with both clients and insurers to resolve them.
- Administrative Checkpoints:



Complete onboarding and service checklists to ensure all stages of the process are documented.
- Underwriting Coordination: Liaise with underwriters regarding pre-assessments and case requirements to keep applications moving on time.

About You

- Motivated and eager to build a long-term career in financial services or insurance
- Experience in client administration, insurance, or financial services is beneficial
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both in writing and verbally
- Competent user of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience
