An exciting opportunity has opened with one of Australia’s leading marine and leisure dealerships, conveniently located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

We are looking to welcome a skilled sales qualified to join our dynamic team, promoting leading brands such as Aquamaster, Bar Crusher, Northbank, Suzuki, and Mercury.

The ideal candidate will bring a track record of sales success, a high level of professionalism, and exceptional customer service skills. Experience selling BMT packages and marine products is essential. This role is perfect for an ambitious, driven individual who thrives in a team environment and is committed to achieving excellence.

Key responsibilities:

- Take charge in the sales and delivery of Aquamaster, Bar Crusher, and Northbank boats as well as Suzuki and Mercury outboard motors, electric motors, and marine electronics.

- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships.

- Document all sales and ensure that the boat fit-up and handover is completed as per the schedule and to the highest standard.

- Work with the sales team,



providing support and expertise in selling other products as needed.

- Assist with and actively participate in on-water & land promotional events to showcase our products.

The successful candidate will possess:

- Ambition, confidence, and strong self-motivation to achieve results

- A professional appearance and demeanour

- Demonstrated and proven sales expertise

- Proficiency with computers and sales software

- Current Boat and Driver’s licences

- An outgoing, enthusiastic personality that enhances customer engagement and sales
