MR Driver / Labourer - 3 Positions Available

- Based between Byron Bay, Ballina & Lismore
- $35-$42 per hour + Super

We're currently seeking three motivated MR or HR Licensed Driver / Labourer to join Spinifex working across three incredible clients. This is a fantastic ongoing opportunity with consistent hours and potential to apply for a permanent role for the right person.

About these Roles:

1x MR Truck Driver/Labourer - Water and Wastewater division

This is a blended position: 70% Labouring / 30% Driving

This role involves both truck operation and hands-on labouring work across a variety of projects in the Byron Shire area offering a real foot in the door with council.

Perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit, and likes switching between driving and on-the-tools work.

What is Required:

- MR Truck Licence - Essential
- Construction White Card - Essential
- Labouring experience
- You're reliable, punctual and take pride in safe, steady driving
- Civil or council experience is a big bonus
- Must be local and available for an ASAP start
- A strong, positive "can-do" attitude

What's On Offer:

- $36/hr + super
- 9-day fortnight.
- Foot in the door with Council
- Potential for permanent employment down the track

2x MR Truck Driving

Driving-focused with minimal labouring





This role includes operating an MR truck safely and professionally, transporting between local sites.

It's a straightforward driving position with no labouring required. Ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road and working independently.

What is Required:

- MR Truck Licence - Essential
- You're reliable, punctual and take pride in safe, steady driving
- Must be local and available for an ASAP start
- A strong, positive "can-do" attitude

- $42/hr + super
- Long-term ongoing work
