We don't push for monthly targets of submissions.

Our fast-growing RTO has developed a great reputation with our client base and industry stakeholders. We are seeking a energetic trainer and assessor to join or team with the ability to multi task and plan training sessions. Please don't apply if you are looking for a tick and flick RTO.

To join our team all applicants MUST have the following:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or

- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with TAELLN401 and TAEASS502

- SIT Training Package Cookery / Hospitality qualification/s

Further requirements:

- Previous experience in training and assessment a MUST

- Be a positive person and easy to work with

- A strong work ethic and the ability to work both in a team and independently

- Excellent communication skills

- Sound administration skills

- Knowledge of the VET sector

- Organisational skills

- Self-motivated and positive outlook

- Current industry experience

- Current driver's license and vehicle





- Current Positive Notice Blue Card

- Work with a range of clients within education and industry

The role

Working as part of a progressive RTO, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting scheduled training and assessing for cookery apprentices and hospitality trainees

- Conducting scheduled training and assessment for VET in School students on-site with our various high school clients

- Ensuring all standards relating to training and assessment are adhered to at all times.

- Maintaining training records and progress reports for students.

What we also need

- Experience in adult learning (chef apprentices)(high school work)

- Working with a variety of employers, apprentices and stakeholders

- Manage your own time

- Exceptional customer service

- Communicate within our team

- The ability to accept feedback

- Just be a good person and easy to work with

- The ability to adapt to differing scenarios

- Current driver's license and vehicle

- Previous experience in training a MUST

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

The role

Working as part of a progressive RTO, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting scheduled training and assessments in government funded hospitality vet in schools qualification, on site at our high school clients

- Being responsible for a number of chef apprentices and front of house trainees.

- Ensuring all standards relating to training and assessment are adhered to at all times
