What you will be doing
In this role, the Senior Counsellor will provide high-quality counselling to individuals, couples and families, completing thorough risk assessments and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children. They will support clients experiencing complex issues, deliver group programs, collaborate with other services, and maintain transparent case records. The role also includes contributing to culturally informed practice, offering supervision to staff and students, and supporting service development and education activities across the organisation.
