About the role

WA Sand Supply and Haulage PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team in our Kewdale, WA office. This full-time role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payment of supplier bills

2. Filing of accounting documents

3. Assist with bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping tasks

4. Updating company registers

5. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed

6. Provide support for month-end and year-end accounting activities

7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Relevant qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounts payable or accounts administration role

3. Robust attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

4. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

5. Excellent interpersonal skills

6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
