Using your high level administrative skills and customer service abilities, this role will involve responding to multi-channel customer enquiries as a first point of contact within a quick-paced enquiry centre of a State Government Department, based in Dubbo NSW.
NOTE: applicants must be able to work in-office at the Dubbo location. You will need to currently reside in, or close to, Dubbo to be able to start ASAP. This role is not suitable for those looking to relocate unless accommodation arrangements are already in place.
The key focus of this role will include:
- Processing a high volume of varied transactions and enquiries within the service line, while maintaining high levels of customer service;
- Delivering consistent quality of customer service while working with customers across various channels and with fluctuating volumes and demands;
- Working independently to achieve individual performance levels as well as part of a team to contribute to overall service performance and improvement.
Offering fulltime hours of work on a contract casual basis, this role will be suitable for applicants with excellent communication skills and an ability to use a range of computerised systems, technology and telephony systems.
Experience working with multi-screen operations would be highly regarded and previous call centre experience is preferable.
You will use your high level of courtesy and empathy, along with your genuine desire to deliver a high-quality service at all times to both internal and external customers.
A high level of administration and computer operating skills will be required to enable you to effectively undertake assigned work tasks; triage, refer or escalate enquiries; enter data and maintain up to date records in order to facilitate work allocation, performance analysis and service improvement.
You will escalate more complex enquiries and transactions to ensure the timely and effective resolution of issues, providing feedback to the customer to ensure they are aware of the progress of their enquiry and/or transaction and work across more than one service line where required in order to meet operational needs.
