Club Services Ipswich (CSI) - The No.1 Entertainment Venue in Ipswich boasting bars, restaurants, function rooms, gaming rooms and much more are currently seeking a skilled Chef to join our team.

This is a full time role based at our North Ipswich location, working a flexible roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook high-quality meals in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards, WHS, and regulatory guidelines
- Ensure quality control, cost control, and timely product delivery
- Collaborate with the catering team and report directly to the Catering Manager
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas
- Assist in menu planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a high-pressure, high-volume kitchen and hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or an equivalent qualification).

A salary of $75,000 - $79,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
