Are you an experienced Construction Supervisor ready to lead civil and structural infrastructure projects? SIX8 Australia is looking for a motivated professional with strong skills in project planning, engineering, and construction supervision to join our expanding team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the protected and efficient delivery of civil and urban development projects, including earthworks, roadworks, pavements, stormwater, water, sewer etc. Working with a diverse client base - Local Government, State Government, and private developers - you will ensure smooth site operations, mentor team members, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead construction activities on-site to ensure safety and efficiency

- Mentor and support team members to develop skills and capability

- Review and coordinate design documentation and constructability

- Manage suppliers, procurement, and logistics

- Develop client relationships and prepare competitive bids

- Assist in tender documentation preparation and contract administration

- Conduct constructability assessments and prepare technical reports





- Support business development and marketing efforts in regional Queensland

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in building and construction

- ‘HC’ Class Driver’s License essential

- Proficient with all set-up and management of Trimble GPS systems and equipment use.

- Strong operator experience across, graders, excavators and related civil plant equipment.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead teams

- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software

- Sound knowledge of infrastructure design, construction practices, and approvals processes
