Join our team as a Primary Art Teacher at St Joseph's Catholic School Townsville!

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Grade 6 Teacher with tertiary qualifications and registration (or eligibility) with the Queensland College of Teachers. This position is a Part Time, Fixed-Term commencing 19 January 2026 and concludes on 4 December 2026. This role is completing 24 hours a week (across 4 days)

As our Primary Art Teacher, you’ll join a passionate team that partners with families to spark imagination and creativity in every child. By weaving together diverse tools, techniques, and artistic disciplines, you’ll celebrate each child’s progress, nurture their confidence, and provide feedback that helps their imagination, expression, and skills truly thrive.

Guided by Catholic values, you’ll embrace the school’s mission, prioritise student safety and wellbeing, and help create a welcoming, supportive environment where every learner feels they belong.
