About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development / Sales Executive to join our team in Sydney. You will play an integral role in identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, promoting our business advisory programs, and expanding our membership base across Sydney, Western Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. You will have the opportunity to engage with C-suite stakeholders and business leaders, promoting cooperative peer-to-peer advisory boards that help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate current business opportunities and leads

• Promote our business advisory programs to senior leaders and business owners

• Grow and nurture existing relationships with Members and partners

• Attend networking and business events to build our brand and expand our reach

• Develop and expand our Membership base across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane,





Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast

• Strong telephone skills

• No account management

• All new business

About You:

You are a dynamic, results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive with a proven track record of building relationships with business leaders and driving sales growth. You have exceptional commercial acumen, high service standards, and thrive in an autonomous work environment focused on achieving results and delivering innovative solutions. Ideally, you will have:

• Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management experience

• Proven success in a B2B sales environment

• Ability to connect with C-suite and Director level stakeholders

• Knowledge of SME business and various industry sectors

• Strategic approach to building new business relationships

• A solid network and previously established relationships with private business owners

in NSW/VIC/QLD is essential
