Our business is one of the leaders in it's field. We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Customer Service Officer to join our friendly team. We have around 40 staff within our company and have been in operation since the early 1970's.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their role and undertake the following responsibilities:

- Answering and directing phone calls

- Meet and greet customers and members of the public

- Taking customer orders, both over the phone and over the counter

- checking emails

- invoicing

- Making daily calls to get customer orders

- Data entry of orders

- Arranging runs for delivery drivers

- Front shop sales and restocking

- Website/Phone enquiries

- Support to a Team of Sales Consultants

- Sending marketing materials to customers





We require the applicant to have experience in the following computer programs

- SAP Package

- Microsoft Office

To be successful in this role, you will need to have accurate data entry skills, plus solid time management and organisational skills with an ability to attend to multiple tasks and changing priorities. You'll be enthusiastic, reliable, punctual and wanting to help grow our business.

Applicants MUST have previous Reception and Customer Service experience.

Hours may vary in busier months.
