We are looking for an experienced Internal Salesperson / Parts Interpreter to join our team in Newcastle.

A little bit about the role:

- Attend to counter, telephone and online orders and enquiries
- Follow up customer quotes
- Assist in converting customer quotes to sales
- Process customer orders including sourcing, packing and despatch




- You’ll have the full support of your team and the opportunity to constantly develop your skills and knowledge

Here’s a bit about you:

- You’re naturally a team player with a desire to provide exceptional customer service
- You’ve got proven customer service experience, ideally in the industrial retail sector
- You’ve got a strong mechanical aptitude
- You’re great at multitasking and prioritising
- You’ve got great interpersonal and communication skills
