About the role

As a Sales Representative at Lux Wagyu House, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. This full-time position is based in Maddington, and involves engaging with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Roles and Responsibilities





• Proactively expand our wholesale network

• Engage with both existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

• Analyse market trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress, and provide regular updates to the sales management team

• Support administrative duties as needed What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales

• Familiarity with the local Maddington and surrounding markets, and an understanding of the unique needs of the community

• Passion for premium food products and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business success

• Basic computer skills for sales processing

Desirables

• Valid Driver's License

• Experience in the hospitality or meat industry

• Fluent in OnePage CRM

• Willingness to learn about wagyu beef products

• Willingness to respond to customer inquiries after hours when needed
