About the role
We're seeking a talented Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to join our agile team at KPJ Technical Services Pty Ltd. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional remote IT support and troubleshooting to our valued Healthcare clients. We are located in the Milsons Point, NSW area. With a robust focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients, ensuring their technology needs are met with efficiency and expertise.
What you'll be doing
- Provide advanced-level technical support and problem-solving for a variety of IT systems and applications in healthcare
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, escalating to higher-level support as needed
- Assist with the implementation and configuration of new IT systems and technologies
- Maintain and update IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Proactively monitor systems and identify potential issues to prevent disruptions
- Provide on-site and remote support as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Level 2 or higher IT support role
- Strong technical skills and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills,
with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Proficient in Windows, Servers, Citrix, as well as common business applications and software
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and IT asset management
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address the root cause of issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated and proactive with a keen interest in emerging technologies
