We currently have an opportunity for a Full-Time Marina Maintenance Officer to join the team at d’Albora - East Coast Marina.

The Role:

At d’Albora, our members are our top priority. Every team member is dedicated to maintaining our premium standards and providing exceptional experiences to members & guests. As a Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for the general maintenance and repairs to marina berths and facilities.

The primary responsibilities of this role will include:

- Operation and maintenance of water and sewage treatment systems and equipment.

- Pressure cleaning of paths, buildings and marina docks.

- Servicing and maintenance to vehicles, machinery and equipment.

- Cleaning of drains and pollutant traps.

- Carry out basic maintenance tasks including tasks requiring the ability to use hand & power tools.

- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.

- Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

- Complete jobs as required by the marina maintenance job list.





- Maintain marina facilities to the highest standards for customer service, cleanliness and safety.

The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills:

- Minimum 2+ years' experience in maintenance duties.

- Thorough knowledge of WHS issues relevant to work activities and work area.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.

- Confident working independently, but also enjoys working in a team workplace.

- An interest for the boating & marine lifestyle.

- Basic Computer literacy.

- Marine industry experience is preferred but not essential.

- Australian Residency / Work Rights in Australia is essential.
