Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Team Leader to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of packing and reception operations within the logistics department. This role encompasses supervising and guiding the logistics team and acting as the 2IC supporting the Logistics Supervisor.

Reporting to our Logistics Supervisor, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate leadership in the delivery of quality products and services that differentiates Brunetti Oro from its competitors in terms of value and quality, reflecting the Brunetti Oro brand.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a team leader or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of logistics and operations from high volume production

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:





- Demonstrating robust knowledge of HACCP and legislative food safety standards

- Be familiar with and ensure all team members are familiar with Brunetti Oro products, services, and facilities to ensure high standards of customer service

- Responsible for setting explicit and achievable goals for the team e.g. -work with the chefs to make sure all products needed are available.

- Confirm and communicate production schedules with Production Team and communicate with Production Team/Venue Managers/Drivers/Packers regarding special orders, emergency deliveries or delivery challenges in a calm and professional manner

- Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring customers/consumers are greeted in a friendly manner and treated respectfully

- Encourage and promote positive attitude, providing encouragement and offering support.

- Track the teams progress and performance.

- Oversee all procedures and standards are being followed accordingly.

All in all, the role requires the successful candidate to adopt a hands-on approach to leadership and daily tasks to embed yourself as part of the team and be present/approachable for team members.
