What you’ll be doing

- Designing, building, and maintaining reliable features using Ruby on Rails





- Contributing to architecture design as parts of the platform move toward modern service patterns

- Writing clean, well-tested code and reviewing peer work to maintain high engineering standards

- Collaborating closely with product, design, and QA to ship user-focused solutions

- Supporting continuous improvement across tooling, processes, automation, and team workflows

- Mentoring juniors and contributing to a positive, supportive engineering culture

What we’re looking for

- 4+ years of commercial Ruby on Rails experience

- Strong understanding of GraphQL.

- Solid experience with RSpec, testing best practices, and factory libraries

- Positive knowledge of PostgreSQL and secure coding principles

- Comfortable working across the full SDLC using Agile and Git-based workflows

- AWS and cloud infrastructure experience.

- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset

Nice to have:

- Experience in healthtech products

- ISO 27001 exposure

- Working experience in React/NextJS is beneficial

- Experience with modern AI-assisted development tools
