Next Gen is expanding and seeking passionate Diploma Qualified Educators and Early Childhood teachers, Full-Time & Part time to join our beautiful family owned and orientated centres in Harrington Park & Spring Farm.

A successful applicant will possess the following skills & experience:

- Enjoy working in a fun, friendly and well-resourced environment.

- Be an advocate for all children.

- Contribute to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

- Comply with the centres policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

- Assisting children with their daily routines & support them in their learning

- Create a stimulating environment to foster & support children's development

- Understanding of the EYLF 2.0 and NQF

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Hold a WWCC, Current First Aid & CPR.

- Current and updated child protection training (CHCPRT025)
or willing to obtain.
