Role Overview
Working closely with and reporting to the Performance Manager, the Paid Search & SEM Lead will be responsible for leading the strategy, managing, optimising, and scaling our Google, YouTube, Amazon, and Microsoft Ads ad campaigns. As a strategic thinker, you will take ownership of these channels, driving performance and efficiency across multiple global markets. This role requires a data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in PPC campaign management, budget optimisation and performance analysis.
Google experience is a must, Amazon and Microsoft Ads can be learned on the job.
You will play a crucial role in aligning paid media efforts with business goals, ROI targets and customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction and daily execution (building, optimising and scaling) Google, YouTube, Amazon and Microsoft Ads paid channels across global markets
- Continuously refine and A/B test keyword strategies, bid adjustments, ad copy and landing pages to improve performance
- Optimise budget allocation to maximise ROI, CAC efficiency and overall profitability
- Monitor attribution and performance metrics using tools including Northbeam, Google Analytics and Shopify to inform daily optimisation and scaling decisions
- Provide weekly and monthly reports detailing campaign performance, insights and key optimisation opportunities
- Identify top and bottom-performing keywords, campaigns and bidding strategies for continuous improvement
- Deliver in-depth analysis of customer behaviour, funnel performance and revenue impact
- Develop and implement monthly strategy sprints to scale paid performance across channels
- Identify new keyword opportunities based on search demand and competition
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to product feed and Google Merchant Centre, Amazon Seller Centre, etc
- Build optimise landing pages from scratch to maximise A/B testing funnel and overall conversion rates
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates and new ad product launches to implement cutting-edge SEM strategies
- Manage relationships with Google, Amazon and Microsoft Ads account partners to leverage best practices and beta opportunities
- Work closely with the Performance Manager to align paid media strategies with overall business objectives
- Drive initiatives for expanding into new advertising channels such as Criteo, MNTN TV and other emerging platforms
