The Role As the Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for:

- Designing and delivering an engaging educational program for 3–5-year-olds.

- Creating a safe, inspiring, and stimulating learning environment.

- Facilitating a play-based learning environment and develops learning programs responsive to children’s ideas, strengths, and abilities that inspire independent learners

- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

- Foster strong, respectful relationships with children and families

- Ensure health, safety,



and wellbeing of all children in your care

- Support routines such as meals, sleep/rest, and transitions

- Maintain documentation, including observations, incident/accident forms, and attendance records

- Contribute to a positive team culture and ongoing quality improvement

- Participate in professional development and reflective practices

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent.

- Registered or eligible for registration with the Teachers Registration Board of WA.

- A valid WA Working with Children Check.

- Current First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012) (or willingness to obtain).

- Flexibility to work a range of shifts (including opening/closing)

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

- A commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive practice

- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
