Front Office Manager – Crest Hotel Group

Crest Hotel Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Front Office Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help drive exceptional guest experiences across our busy inner-suburbs hotel.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee all front office operations while guiding and developing a team of guest service professionals. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic hotel environment and takes pride in delivering warm, consistent service.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily front office operations: check-in/out, guest enquiries, reservations, and housekeeping coordination

- Lead, train, roster, and mentor the front office team

- Maintain and improve front office systems, procedures, and service standards





- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

- Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

- Review front office data and identify operational improvement opportunities

- Contribute to broader hotel planning, service initiatives, and on-property performance

About You

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a front office management or senior supervisory role

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Passion for customer service and guest satisfaction

- Proficiency with hotel PMS and operational systems

- Experience with Protel hotel management software is preferred

- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills

- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

- Australian work rights are required for this position
