Randstad Aged Care is actively seeking enthusiastic and reliable Assistants in Nursing (AINs) for flexible casual shift opportunities across reputable aged care facilities in the Ulladulla area. Responsibilities
Provide essential support to Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses in delivering high‑quality, person‑centered care.
Assist residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and provide emotional support.
Observe and report any changes to nursing staff.
Qualifications
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in personal care, preferably in Australian aged care.
A genuine passion for caring for residents and a commitment to person‑centered care.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
Current National Police Check and / or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Willingness to obtain current Influenza and COVID‑19 vaccinations.
