As a key member of our team at Quest at Sydney Olympic Park, you'll be at the heart of the city's most vibrant sport, entertainment, and adventure precinct. Surrounded by endless parklands and a year-round calendar of events, this is more than just a workplace—it's a lifestyle.

You'll be joining the team at a modern, 140-room serviced apartment hotel, offering a dynamic and engaging environment. With countless nearby eateries, shops, and walking trails, you'll have the best of Sydney Olympic Park on your doorstep, ready to explore before or after your shift.

About the role

· Lead, mentor, and inspire a 20-person housekeeping team to deliver impeccable quality across all areas of the hotel.

· Drive operational excellence by overseeing all cleaning processes for seamless efficiency and flawless presentation.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure 100% room readiness and smooth daily workflows.





· Manage resources smartly by assisting with budgeting, purchasing, and inventory to balance premium service with cost-effectiveness.

· Champion safety and compliance, upholding rigorous WHS standards, key control, and emergency protocols.

· Keep meticulous records for cleaning schedules, maintenance logs, and asset management.

· Elevate the guest experience by actively leveraging feedback to resolve issues and implement continuous improvements.

· Proactively make recommendations to the client and ensure they are kept informed through regular, system-based feedback.

You will bring

· Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor experience in contemporary hotels (4-5 star preferred)

· Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams

· Strong operational knowledge of rooms, public areas, and service standards

· A solid grasp of WHS, risk management, and preventative maintenance

· Understanding of guest satisfaction systems and be quality focussed

· Exceptional organisational skills in fast-paced environments

· Strong communication skills, collaborating seamlessly across Front Office, Maintenance and other departments.

· Working knowledge of Flexkeeping, or similar housekeeping software management systems advantageous.
