Occupational Therapist | Flexible Contractor or Salaried Role | Mixed Caseloads (Kent Street)

Occupational Therapist to step into an established caseload within a team-oriented multidisciplinary clinic. The role is open to contractors and permanent employees, with a strong preference to onboard quickly to cover a maternity leave vacancy around the Curtin area.

The Opportunity

- Employment options: Contractor or salaried, with highly flexible arrangements
- Remuneration: Up to $145,000 + Bonus Scheme
- Caseload: Predominantly ASD, ADHD; demand spans all ages
- Settings: Clinic, community, home visits, and school visits, choose how your work setting looks
- Facilities: Group meeting room (OTs/Physios), equipped kitchen, and secure outdoor therapy areas
- Admin support: Full reception and diary management; clinicians focus on care
- Structure: Decide on your preferences: Alternating weeks—one full clinic week; following week blends community/clinic with one admin day (WFH or in-clinic). OR whatever structure you would like to suit lifestyle.

Team & Culture

- An MDT that genuinely prioritises team culture and joint care pathways
- Senior Speech Pathologists and Senior Physiotherapists




- Quarterly whole-team bonding; many clients see multiple disciplines, fostering close collaboration

Support & Supervision

- Informal supervision available; suitable for clinicians confident to manage their own caseload
- Established client base built over five years; a contractor OT is currently in place, and a full caseload is ready to be taken over
- Fortnightly check-ins/support can be arranged

What They’re Looking For

- An Occupational Therapist with experience across paediatrics/neurodiversity who can work autonomously
- A strong team player who values culture and MDT collaboration

Scope & Exclusions

- Complex cases are limited; higher-complexity presentations are typically referred to the public system

KPIs & Rewards

- Contractors: Freedom to work as much or as little as preferred
- Permanent: Reward system for additional KPI's if desired
