Having grown steadily since its establishment in the early 2000s by a veteran legal practitioner with more than two decades of experience, the team now comprises 25 legal professionals including solicitors, paralegals, and partners. About the Position: This opportunity is tailored for an experienced Family Lawyer ready to step into a Division Head position, overseeing a energetic and growing Family Law practice. You’ll be leading a cohesive team—including a junior lawyer and two paralegals—while handling a rewarding caseload that spans parenting arrangements, property settlements, divorces, and matters involving domestic violence.

This strategic leadership role allows you to influence the direction of the Family Law division while focusing on mentorship, practice development, and client satisfaction. With reduced daily billable expectations (approx. 4.33 hours), you’ll have time to prioritise quality outcomes, business growth, and staff development.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 8 years PAE with a strong Family Law background
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Accredited Specialist in Family Law is highly advantageous

- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive practice growth
- Approachable, team-oriented, and committed to excellence
